Can't help with the name of the Bird Garden (altohugh I hope you find out cos if they're still with us, they've got some lovely birds!) but this is a Rufous Treepie - Dendrocitta vagabunda.
I photographed this species at Birdworld, Farnham, Surrey in 1996. Was this the collection you visited? I can't remember seeing Rufous Tree Pie anywhere else since the 1970s.
