Yes, they have Common Tree Shrew and Belanger's Tree Shrew there. I'm sure this one was at the entrance to the Dinosaur Safari. Unfortunately, I lost all my photos due to a memory card malfunction, otherwise I could have answered for sure as I had taken a photo of the info board for this species.
If this photo was also taken at Blackpool some time ago (along with the agouti ones) then Hix is almost certainly right - they used to have these in the Small Primate House - Common Tree Shrew - Tupaia glis.
(Nowadays, like most tree shrew exhibits in Europe, Blackpool's current display is of Belanger's/Mountain Tree Shrews, Tupaia belangeri)

The Belanger's are currently kept at the entrance of the Dinosaur Safari - I believe this photo predates that and would be a Common in the Small Primate House.
ISIS still lists them as having a single T. glis but I haven't seen the species on show there for some time.
