It helps a lot if you only expose each film once.

blue-winged geese at Blackbrook and bank mynah at Lotherton Hall.

I had a film which was not completly wound back into the cassette, and re-loaded it thinking it was an unused one. I spoilt all my Wingham photos.
I don't understand why anyone other than creative artists would still use film. It just adds so much to the cost of taking photos.

It's actually a pretty cool photo though.
 
Or at least that was the case before digital projection!

The thing you're watching is still 'a film' (a least it is over here!) though, and the field of art/entertainment it is part of is known as 'film' - so Hix's point stands! :p
 
First time I went to Newquay Zoo as a kid I got halfway round before realising I hadn't even loaded any film. Cue frantic doubling-back to re-take as many as possible!

I did that at Bristol when I was 22. Old enough to have known a lot better...:o

But it's a wonderfully surreal image....:cool:
