Nice photo Chris. Do you need to take photo's through glass or are there "clear shot" opportunities in this and other enclosures.
What did you think to the quality and size of the exhibits?

Woodside Lynx shot
Might sound daft. but i can't remember if the photo was taken through glass or not, i don't think it was, but i could be wrong. Like any other small zoo, you'll always get cage mesh getting in the way of some shots, if the animals are too close, but i've never really struggled to get some half decent shots there. The wolf and lynx enclosures are more than adequate, size wise, i haven't been since they got the tigers. Well worth a visit if you haven't been yet.
Thanks for swift reply Chris. I really should go as its just down the road from me. The daft thing is that its owned by the parents of my youngest daughters school friend. She has been into the Lemur enclosure and hand fed them too I think. I was actually bought a gift voucher for a Falconry experience there some years ago,but I misplaced it and by the time I had found it and tried to go they said it had expired even though it had no expiry date on the voucher.
Talking of flying displays, did you happen to be there when one took place, and was it any good if you were?
I hope the enclosures are of a good size, but I go to Yorkshire Wildlife Park regularly so everything looks small compared to there sprawling exhibits.

Further to the Woodside comments, I've not seen a flying display there yet. i too, go fairly regular to the Yorks Wildlife Park, and i must admit the enclosures there would take some beating. Woodside's definitely more what i would call zoo size in comparison.
