Amphibian House; Hemsley Conservation Centre

The pleasingly packed amphibian 'shed'; there is a similar set up for reptiles as well.
I never like animals being exhibited in such a way that I have to get down on my knees to see them.

Agreed! I'm just about of an age where it is not a problem, but give me a year or two......!

At least here I think it's out of necessity rather than a conscious design decision. Worst offender? London's giant anteater enclosure. Awful!

Best view of the anteaters I ever got was from the gents toilets but I think they have changed it a bit since them.

Seems like this little "zoo" is laid out like a set of garden sheds put together at the bottom of a small woodchip bark strewn back garden. But i hear the owner has ambitions to expand, improve on it (as of this post-February 2018).?
