3 August 2016 at Seahouses Harbour, Northumberland. [I]Somateria mollissima[/I]. Seahouses harbour is an excellent place for viewing Common Eiders, with a number being relatively tame, allowing excellent views. A number of them came right up to my feet allowing for close up shots like this.
