I am not sure how many were in the litter but there was more than one anyway, so only selling the one young seems to suggest that maybe the others did not make it ? To be fair the mortality of Zorilla offspring is usually high.
 
I know of at least 3 private collections in the Uk with Zorilla, one is the one you are all talking about, there is also one other with a breeding pair and the third is a single animal. There may also be a fourth but I haven't spoken to them in over a year so I cannot be 100%.

It is a species I really hope to keep soon.

Are you sure? Last I heard, those individuals which were not derived from the collection in question are actually mis-identified Saharan Striped Weasel.... not that I'd turn down the chance to see one of those, either!

Yep, the Saharan striped polecats were from the fourth collection that I didn't no if they still kept them. The other three are definite zorilla :)
