Is this not a bit irresponsible keeping both species together, isn't there a chance of cross breeding?

We just recieved 2.2 of these guys and 2 of them have lesions on their backs. From previous experience with this species this is quite common with waldrapp ibis, infact we had to euthanize one about three months ago because of the severity of the infection that set in on the lesion. Does anybody else have this problem and what course of action do you take in treatment?

is it just waldrapp or the southern bald aswell? cant say we've had the problem with either species luckly, wouldnt a course of antibiotic such as baytril be usfull?

We have both bald and southern. We have tried Baytril and many other antibiotics but the infections seem to become resistant to antibiotics.
