I don't know if they are now, but the reason they weren't before is because of the water risk to the baby obviously, particularly under the connecting bridge where the water is deeper apparently.
Miliki does seem to put the baby down quite a bit- my guess is that's because there are no curious older youngsters in the group that she needs to protect it from- otherwise things seem to be going okay.
