I believe they intend keeping her for another couple of years before she has to leave. I rather hope she will then stay in the UK- perhaps going to London (her father Jock was at London initially) or to Dublin. I think she would fit the dynamic of either of those groups very well. Of course she could go into Europe instead. (but a shame for us to lose her.. )
I believe that Jock has not been (seen) mating either Romina or Salome. I don't know about Kera but she may still be a bit young to have started her oestrus.
If correct this is disappointing and I hope won't be a repeat of the London Zoo situation of the mid 1980's when the trio of Kumba(Chessington) Salome & Zaire bred once with one baby being reared by each of the two females, then breeding just ceased for no apparent reason.
I agree it would be better if Namoki could see a small baby being reared before she has to leave Bristol to complete her 'education'. But she has at least seen Salome rearing her younger halfbrother. Kera on the other hand really arrived too late to see any mother-rearing last time round. If the old females don't breed again soon and she becomes pregnant first with no example to follow, as a handraised/nursery reared youngster she could well reject her baby.
