DavidBrown 21 Oct 2014 Has London ever put their aye-ayes back on exhibit, or is this the only one exhibited in the UK now?

Depending on whether Rajang or GentleLemur is correct on how many Bristol has on show, it is either the only one on exhibit or one of the only two. Certainly the only collection exhibiting them in the UK now.

Hix 21 Oct 2014 Doesn't Jersey have Aye-aye? Well done to get the photo in such dark conditions. It helps when the subject doesn't run around.

TeaLovingDave 21 Oct 2014 Jersey *does* have Aye-Aye, but is not in the UK for the purposes of this question.

TeaLovingDave 21 Oct 2014 Hix said: If Jersey isn't part of the UK, then who do they belong to? Click to expand... Jersey, along with the rest of the Channel Islands (barring the Chausey Islands, which are classed as French) belong directly to the Crown as the last remnants of the Duchy of Normandy after the French conquered continental Normandy in 1204.
