Thi Hi way at Chester zoo

Thi was born at a logging camp and was Moved to captivity as she couldn't be trained. She lives at Chester and has had 3 calves to my knowledge.
Sithami:- was born in December 1997
Assam:- Now lives in a Belgian zoo
Raman:- Born in November 2006. This was probably the
longest elephant pregnency on recored. Thi was
pregnant for 23 months.

I know all the elephants. Jangoli has a kink in her tail, Tunga is missing the tip of his trunk and Maya is very big.

I have one of Thi withe Tunga, and a video clip of Sheba and Maya eating.

Thi Ha Way came in June 1988 to Emmen Zoo toghether with five other young elephants. Because she doesn't fit into the herd she was sent to Longleat in November that same year.

Nice to see her again!
