Yep, as far as am aware.

This male is much more active than most of the previous bears at Chester.

Two possible reasons-either he is younger, or his previous exhibit was also spacious so he was used to plenty of exercise- or both...

I know Valentine & Strolch were in the 10/12 age group and I believe from a 'cage' type environment. Such limited space will often define the animal's limited activity/usage of better surroundings. Lodja I don't know about.
