The most recent addition to the Miniature Monkeys exhibit, three golden-headed lion tamarin (Leontopithecus chrysomelas).

I did get some images shortly after they arrived, but the white-out has now been removed from the window so life is a little easier and they're a really photogenic species.

Nice capture as always :D. I can't wait to see these, the little sods had hidden themselves by the time we got there late in the day :p

Nice shot. I think this species and the golden lion tamarin are the most attractive of all the marmoset and tamarin species, so I look forward to seeing them.

Thanks all. It's shaping up to be a really excellent collection of small exhibits.

I've been trying to get some extreme close-ups of these and the Geoffroy's, who I think have got particularly fascinating little faces. Looking at a series of images, the golden-headed individuals can be identified not only by their facial features, but as it turns out, also by the shape of their teeth.
