Everyone thinks Coro is a girl, probably because they think its name is Coral (which it does indeed sound like at presenter talks). Poor cat must have a complex.
'Coro's mother is called 'Bonita' not Wanetta.
Pele is Coro's father.
Whilst at Marwell Pele & Bonita had 1 Melanistic son called 'El Nino' and 2 spotted son's called 'Coro' & 'Cali'.
Coro shouldn't be mistaken for a female when you see him in the flesh, he is an impressive male, much bigger than his mother and even his father.
He is currently Chesters heaviest Jaguar at around 75kg.
