Maguari 8 Feb 2012 According to the zoo's Twitter feed, this opens on Saturday (so it seems pretty likely the otters were indeed back in residence when I took this).

Maguari 11 Feb 2012 I think strictly it's meant to be a riverbank, so earth rather than rock! Similar areas of the same type of material have aged quite nicely in other parts of the exhibit, so hopefully will be the same here.
