Old ape house and southerly island at Chester Zoo, currently housing the Bornean orang-utan.
I haven't seen them on the island, so it looks as if I was wrong, I assumed they had access. I agree with Maguari, I think the space is adequate for 3 howlers. The red ruffed lemurs were larger and seemed to do well in their aviary..

On my last 2 visits to Chester they had access to the Island but were in the cages or house.
 
I checked a few times today; the slide on the howler's cage was open giving them access to the raceway, but the slide on the island side remained firmly shut, so they did not have access to the island itself.

This is not easy to see, so people could be forgiven for thinking otherwise.
