I hardly ever seen them together, which enclosures (indoor) do they have? I know the Borneans have the first one, I saw Leia and Latifah in their in March.

The Borneans do not have an indoor enclosure that can be viewed by the public, they do have an outdoor that the public view from indoors. All the indoor exhibits that can be viewed inside RORA are for the Sumatrans.

Thank you. I believe the first viewing window is for the Borneans (Do they have anymore?) and the rest are for the Sumatrans.

Sorry I rephrased my question incorrectly; Have the Borneans had access previously to any of the other on-show RotRA exhibits?

The Bornean orangs have access to the first netted enclosure as you walk into RotRA, and also the last, just before you exit. They're mostly confined to the first, however. You can also sometimes see the Bornean male out on the old south-west island, behind the fencing.
