Giant otter 'Icana'

Both otters were quite active around noon, prior to feeding at 12.15 pm. Note her enlarged nipples as she is feeding 2 cubs.

A great photo. It's great to see that the UK now has more than one breeding pair (Chestnut). Chester's female 'Icana's' patterning's are quite striking.

Thank you JJ. I can't really agree that it's a great photo - but I thought people might be intrigued.
Has anyone seen the cubs in the flesh yet?

Don't forget the pair of giant otters at South Lakes - I hope their cubs are doing well too.
