Howler exhibit at Chester Zoo, 06/07/13

Presumably the cage?

Yes, and the cage connects to a good sized island amongst the trees behind it.

Th grass and sand paddocks at the forefront of the picture are for a mix of Persian onager and Bactrian camel.
 
And there is a large indoor area which can be seen to the right of the cage. Access to the island is gained through this house.
 
On the other side of the howlers, I saw the pair of white-faced Saki's. Weren't they in Miniature Monkeys?
 
Even without the island access I think this would be a very decent enclosure given the group size, it's got to be at least three times the size of Dudley's cage for the same species.
