Kirk's Dik Dik at Chester Zoo, 06/07/13

Madoqua kirkii
where do they keep them, i visited chester about 4-5 months ago and I didn't see them, or is it quite a new specie?

They are in a small enclosure at the south end of the pelican aviary, (or at the top of the bongo paddock), more or less opposite the house for the pygmy marmosets and black lion tamarins. In poor weather they are more than likely to be shut inside.

At the moment 1.2 are on show.

Nope, not a new species been there for quite a while. As stated by Rob, they are situated at the top of the bongo paddock. Fantastic little creatures and one I wish were in more Zoo's.
