Roughly starling-sized, with a medium-length tail. The thing that most confused me was the downward-curving beak; when I first saw it, it reminded me of a bee-eater!
I have no idea - but I can muddy the water a little more by suggesting that the curved beak might be an abnormality, perhaps a little overgrown and more curved than usual
