Otter and Rhino exhibit - Western Plains Zoo

Is this part of the habitat only accessible by the Asian small-clawed otters?

they live in two seperate enclosures on opposite sides of the path this is the otters

This is probably the biggest otter exhibit I've seen but I didn't like it...The theming was a bit over the top and the whole exhibit was blasted with fall sun so the otters were staying in their little pots on two out of the three times I went past.
