More internal fences than I remember. The hippo was in a fenced area around the pond by itself. Zebras and Eland were in a fenced area immediately to the right of the pond (presumably to keep them close so the public can see and photograph them). Only he Giraffe and Congo Buffalo were in the large rear part of the enclosure.
