This has been happening a lot lately, with the bird in question getting deeper and deeper into the water. It's unlikely to get any closer, but it's quite disconcerting the first time you see it (and of course for the benefit of those who don't know Islands well, this is not the enclosure that boarders the canal, but the one opposite the toilet block).
