What, if anything, is he looking at in this and the previous photo?

I wasn't aware he was looking at anything specifically ...... but then I had my camera pressed against the glass and was looking directly at him waiting for a shot where he wasn't draped in the sack ! When I took these there was hardly anyone inside, so I don't think it was visitors he was peering at ...... maybe something had caught his eye on the platform that runs around the inside enclosure ? At some stage, one or both of them had taken quite a bit of bedding up there.

If he has periods of moving around and is not hiding in one spot all the time, then he's probably settling in okay.

Yes, hopefully that's the case.

I felt very down on Friday because I always go to see the orangs 1st thing, and Tiga was under his sack, not moving (although I hung about for a good 30 mins) and Rajang was sat in the tunnel to the outside (obviously not wanting to go out). With nothing to see I moved on around the rest of the zoo worrying about them ............... yet when I returned mid afternoon Tiga went over to the bars separating the main indoor area from the 3 holding cells (where Rajang was by that time) at least 4 or 5 times to peer at Rajang who, similarly, kept climbing through each of the cells to look at Tiga. Neither seemed to make any noises of distress (I appreciate orangs aren't very vocal) or display any distressed behaviour.
