From memory yes, it's highlighting the various wildlife-related illegal stuff that smugglers have been caught with. Not 100% sure on this, but I think these are all items that have actually been seized from smugglers at customs.
This is in the Action for the Wild area, with details on all the zoo's conservation projects. I believe as well as the toucan and macaw, there is also a stuffed mara and African wild dog here, as well as a stuffed lioness seized from customs near the lion enclosure.
