I do not believe this animal lived much longer after this photograph was taken; she does display several signs of the defects common to white tigers, but lived to a very old age as I recall.

Sasha was a male and lived to a good age (about 18 i think). He must have had plenty of Amur genes as he was one of the largest tigers i've seen.

An easy enough mistake to make ;)

Considering the defects white tigers often end up suffering from, 18 is indeed a good age!
