Leopardus geoffroyi geoffroyi
Banham and Colchester are the only collections I know for sure hold this subspecies, although I imagine there are other animals scattered around Europe among those collections noted above.
Leopardus geoffroyi paraguae
I believe the only collection with this subspecies is Dudley, which holds a single extremely geriatric animal. However, the same caveat about collections with animals whose identity I am unsure about applies.
Leopardus geoffroyi salinarum
This subspecies is the most common within European collections. To my knowledge, the following collections certainly hold the taxon:
Zoo der Minis Aue
Tierpark Berlin
Tier-und-Freizeitpark Thüle
Karlsruhe Zoo
Opel-Zoo
Zoologischer Garten Wuppertal
Zoo Ostrava
Spaycific'Zoo
Dierenpark Amersfoort
