Interestingly, zootierliste lists Colchester as having both Northern and Southern Rufous Hornbill (Note: I didn't discover this myself, it was pointed out in the chatroom) and this one looks like it's Southern/Mindanao (Buceros (hydrocorax) mindanensis) judging from the illustrations from Handbook Birds of The world. This one (http://www.zoochat.com/57/rufous-hornbill-colchester-28th-june-2014-a-370748/) on the other hand appears to be Northern.
