Sovereign is gorgeous. Easily one of my favourites at the zoo. You're lucky to see him so clearly and get such a brilliant photo, he likes to hide a lot.
It does take about an hour each time. The best time is to find out when there is a photography tour. Just go on the same day and stay slightly ahead of them.
