oh ok, so they swaped the male at chester then, I'm sure they sent one of them to someplace else after asha gave birth to the litter tejas was in. I cant remember.
 
Tejas' father Asoka moved to Rome - I think that's what you've got in mind. :)
 
It is very confusing, since there are two Asiatic Lionesses named 'Asha' in Britain. One is the elderly female at Chester, and the other is at Dudley and came from Twycross (if I'm correct).

If I'm also correct with this, the same thing happens with black rhinos in Britain. I think there are two 'Manyaras;' one at Chester but I don't know the other (I was thinking Port Lympne, but for some reason Paignton springs to mind, but then again it could be Howletts [and that's all of the British holdings :p]).

Anyway, I've taken that quite off-topic :o
