I'm trying to work out where exactly this was taken, I guess Dudley has changed a lot in the past 17 years.
The only thing that I'm certain of is that it wasn't taken from the castle keep!
No it wasn't! I cannot remember where exactly it was taken I'm afraid. I thought it was somewhere around the camels or maybe on the path up from that area to the old Bird House. In my scrapbook it is between the one of the Reindeer and one of a Soay Sheep so that path seems possible as the Soay Sheep had usurped the Fallow Deer since my visit of 4th June 1994.
Hmmm, I'm at a bit of a loss as well. It could well be taken from around the bird house area as the view is sort of similar today. Except the huge cinema and fast food place that has sprung up in recent years is absent.
