That is 'Pepe' the male of the original group of 1.3 that were in the ApeHouse when it contained the three Ape species.
Although you can see his forearms are bare/plucked, his coat otherwise is in excellent condition. Despite the originally concrete-floored enclosure, these Dudley chimps as adults always had thick, black shiny coats, much better than many Chimps at other Zoos kept under more ideal conditions. Maybe it was diet related.
I don't know whether the current female group are in similarly good condition. 'Pepe' sadly died after moving in with that group and to date, has still not(?) been replaced by any other male chimps though it is frequently talked about.
