Row of birds at Eagle Heights, 10 September 2011

Are these birds chained to those posts? If so how long do they stay like that? This place doesn't look too good.
 
I have no personal experience of Eagle Heights, but this is a usual way of keeping birds used for free-flight falconry between flying sessions. I prefer to see them in aviaries, but the birds will not be here all day and this is not an unusual way to see them displayed.
 
Closest to furthest....just guessing here.

Bald Eagle, African Fish Eagle, White-tailed Eagle, Some species of Gyps, White-tailed Eagle?
 
Very good guess :D

It was actually: Bald Eagle, African Fish Eagle, White-tailed Sea Eagle, African White-backed Vulture, White-tailed Sea Eagle.
