Maybe that should be Edinburgh Zoo's next project. To enlarge it.

They could move the rhinos into one of the paddocks on the top of the hill. The paddocks look like they're a couple acres in size and since almost nothing is at the top of the zoo now it would be good for visitors. The rhinos would have grass on their feet and they would have more room to roam and then the could perhaps finally get a female or two. The banteng could go up there for the time being also and they could share paddocks. Maybe then they could bring back orangutans.

Sounds like a plan. The indian rhinos definitely need more space seeing as they are the 2nd largest rhino species.

And since the two that they have are males, once they are fully grown, they need the space to avoid each other. We're talking an animal whose largest specimen weighed four tonnes!

They keep young bulls that are moved on into breeding situations. While it would be nicer for something bigger, but is satisfactory for what they hold.
