On Friday someone announced the Black and Whites were the parents and the Ring-taileds their young. The lady's son thought the Black and Whites were Skunks. I don't think it was the same family who later read out "Coati" from the label and immediately disagreed, saying the Coatis were Raccoons.

Some people at the Zoo today said that they were little Pandas. Which I can understand but when they said the Ring tailed's are Meerkats I was quite shocked!
A couple of years ago I listened to the Lemur talk. At the end of it the person next to me said to his companion "they're Raccoons aren't they?" Maybe everything is a Raccoon to some people.
