Yeah your right, A lot of the species labelled weren't on-show. The majority of the exhibits were empty, I only saw three Snake species out of the labelled six.
These were on the left of the Water Monitor I think - not that I saw the latter which is a young specimen and nothing like the impressive Monty of a few years ago (another large one was obtained from a private owner around the turn of the century but it had health problems from a poor diet and soon died).
