Galloway Wildlife Conservation Park

Bird enclosure at Galloway Wildlife Conservation Park
This enclosure is now vastly more planted with vegetation, and holds a wider range of species.

If I recall rightly, as of September 2012 when I visited this enclosure held:

Golden Pheasant
Red-Legged Partridge
Edward's Pheasant
Mikado Pheasant
Striated Heron

Personally I would have removed all the waterfowl, leaving perhaps just one pair of something to make use of the pond, in order to allow the grass to recover and replace them with birds less likely to denude all the vegetation. Putting the waterfowl somewhere with access to decent grass.

But there isnt any waterfowl in this enclsoure?? its mainly Galliformes and a Pelecaniforme??

There are no longer any Anseriformes in this enclosure, and logan's mention of Pelecaniformes is a reference to the Striated Heron, which is a member of this clade.

Original post on other photo of same aviary did refer to waterfowl in here- presumably not now though. But I actually read it as 'waterfowl' aviary instead of 'waterfall aviary' which is why I made that comment. I've removed it.
