This cat, Pandi, is the youngest of the three Savannah Cats which are now held by Gentleshaw Wildlife Centre. As with many savannah cats, it is likely that the domestic component of her lineage is Egyptian Mau. Extensive observation of this animal as she moved around the enclosure, as well as prolonged and close-up views of her facial structure, makes me believe that her lineage is largely domestic, as she resembles an Egyptian Mau a lot more than the other two cats did. She may have a little leopard cat lineage, as I suspect Betty does, but likely nowhere near as much as the aforementioned cat. Equally, her serval lineage will be much less than that of Agnes. My best guess is that she is a F3 Savannah Cat, with maybe as little as one serval great-grandparent and maybe as many as seven domestic great-grandparents - not all neccesarily Egyptian Mau.
