A sunny day seems to be key -- they like sunbathing, although recently they're strangely favouring a spot as near to the passing hordes as it's possible to get! Unfortunately, this also puts them right next to the wire fence, making a clear shot impossible. I was lucky on this day, as they chose a spot nearer the centre of the enclosure.
