ID help needed, please

Taken last summer; apologies for its darkness.
This is a really nice photo. I love the darkness. It's the kind of pic you buy as a poster print.
 
Strong super-orbital ridge; powerful bill: and a hint of yellowish feathers at the nape. I'm going to go for Aquila chrysaetos, the Golden Eagle.

@nanoboy - I think this is one of those nearly good pictures - it's just a bit too "noisy" for me to be happy with it!

@ianrobinson - I was thinking golden eagle, possibly, but also maybe wahlberg's eagle (ZootierlisteHomepage). Any thoughts?
 
My guess would be golden eagle. Notice the lighter feathers on the corners of her wings. Wahlberg's eagles don't have this characteristic. They are entirely dark brown. I first thought about eastern imperial too, but their feathers have a little lighter brown color.
