It doesn't look a huge area, but I can't tell if it is divided halfway to the shelters where there seems to be a path, or if its larger than it appears.
It seems they haven't moved the whole group(i.e. the males) from Edinburgh yet?
This picture is a little deceptive, the enclosure runs the whole length of the main reserve, but dips steeply.
Only the females are at the park, but i was told a stag is due very soon.
It took a little hunting to find the enclosure, just down from the viewpoint, easily missed.
According to ISIS, Edinburgh still have 2.1. Whether they will keep a pair at the zoo, and send one male to Highland WP, or all three will go, remains to be seen. Or maybe they will get one from the Scottish Deer centre if that's where the others from this import went to?
