Signage style

I'm also not sure why Chester would be sending them a north-western industrial town.

I know which is worse the fact that a respected zoo like Chester, has sent the Blackbuck and Warthog to this place, which has to be one of the worst collections in the UK!

the text on the sign comes almost verbatim from Wikipedia. The last two sentences are slightly changed from the first two sentences on Wikipedia's Blackbuck page. The rest of the text is basically a cut-and-paste of almost the entire "characteristics" section.

Where they went wrong was on Wikipedia it says "Blackbucks generally resemble gazelles found on the Arabian peninsula." (Starting off the "characteristics" section). They obviously misinterpreted this somehow, despite the whole article actually starting with "The blackbuck (Antilope cervicapra) is an ungulate species of antelope native to the Indian subcontinent"!

The map is fully their own doing.

I really like the bird-**** under the photo, as it accurately sums up my opinion of this sign.

I've only just seen this one, prompted by comments elsewhere about this place's awful signage.
This goes down as one of my all-time favourite typos. The ineptitude is almost endearing.
