This appears to be an amazing experience, and the numerous climbing opportunities given to the lemurs elevates this exhibit into something special. Is it as good as it looks?

Snowleopard, i believe i've discussed with you before about North America's lack of walk-through primate exhibits, but to borrow a US phrase: they're a dime a dozen on this side of the Atlantic! (Is it Jacksonville Zoo that has a Squirrel Monkey walk-through?)
Obviously quality differs depending on the zoo and the species involved, but Howlett's appears to be one of the "premier" walk-throughs.
I think they ought to add one or more different species - ruffed lemurs by themselves are just not active enough for a display like this. It wouldn't even need to be a lemur: Cotswold have radiated tortoises, Bernier's teal and four species of lemur together.

indeed Jimmy , North America certainly lacks these great exhibits at least ive never seen one in United states pity really because would be good for them to follow example of the United Kingdom, a great exhibit i think '!
