Moloch gibbon v Lion-tailed macaques

A family group of gibbons on the left , a number of lion-tailed macaques on the right . A juvenile gibbon was winding up the macaques , they were all screaming and leaping at the mesh between the cages trying to catch him - he was much too quick . The adult and baby gibbons ignored it all . I suspect this enrichment was enjoyed by both species .

is this as close as visitors can get to the enclosures? where is the stand off barrier?

As with most of the enclosures on the Woodland Walk at Howletts , these are situated well away from the stand-off barrier .
