They certainly seem to. I once saw several bison and a white rhino and calf and his mother get into a bit of a 'do' with each other, but that was because the calf went wandering into the herd and the rhino mother panicked a bit. Generally they seem to mix well. I would advise to move on if the herd approach the car a little too close, as unlike camels and eland who tend to jsut walk by, bison tend to like a good old scratch on the side of cars and I have seen a couple of cars loose wing mirrors this way! I had a drive round yesterday and they where still in a field beyond the drive through route.
