This is the zoos main water-bird aviary pictured from the top of the Zebra field infront is the enclosure with giant rabbits and chickens.The aviary is about more than twice the size of what is shown in the photo.One of the species it holds is the Little Egret.It is a very well landscaped enclosure with Fake tree trunks waterfalls,ponds and a fake Small Cliff face where the indoor quaters are.

Linton doesnt really have a visitor path in this side near the aviarys they are sand paths round the other side where the big cats are, it is a small family run zoo so thats not the main prioroty but in my experiance of being a very regular visitor the 'paths' of grass and sand arent that bad and are well looked after.
 
Looking at that huge nest in there, would i be right in saying there may be hammerkop in that aviary too?
 
Your guess is as good as mine Kiang i will look at the display signs when i next visit :)
But birds arent my strongpoint as youve probably noticed ;)

Great pics of Zuri and the cubs i hope to see them very soon as i havent been for a few weeks.Cant wait to see how they are :)
