They'd be pushed to make an exhibit for a turtle, let alone a whopping great manatee! This has probably been told before, but you shouldn't make presumptions to suit your personal dreams.

Actually if they hadn`t built the fish tanks below the main exhibits they possibly could have built a decent size Manatee enclosure,but I`m glad they didn`t as what they have down fits alot better than a Manatee enclosure ever would!
