This looks like a great, large enclosure, with some NZ native plants (or look alikes), and some plants that are invasive species here (pine), is this intentional? The ducks appear to be New Zealand Shovellers, are there any other species kept in this exhibit?

most of them are common in European aviculture: paradise duck, NZ scaup, NZ shoveller, brown teal, grey teal (from Australian stock; I think Sunda teal may be more common though) and Australian black duck (same as our grey duck). There's almost no blue duck left (just one?) and I doubt there's any Campbell or Auckland teal.

Yes, just the one Blue Duck (at WWT Arundel) and no Campbell or Auckland (that I know of!).
From the zoo side (rather than private aviculture), most larger European zoos have large numbers of waterfowl species, often clipped/pinioned on large lakes. There are also plenty of specialist collections that go into waterfowl big-style - the WWT centres and Blackbrook being the first to spring to mind in the UK. Always plenty of interest in waterfowl keeping, and for such a large group they're one of the best-represented groups in European zoos in terms of diversity.
Just had a quick check of Zootierliste and by my reckoning it is listing 202 species and subspecies of waterfowl currently in European zoos. A mighty list - and great for a waterbird fan like me!
yes there certainly wouldn't be any Campbell Island teal outside NZ, but potentially some Auckland Island teal could have been exported in earlier days and a small population maintained since then (highly doubtful of course, but who knows)

But around 10% of the waterfowl species you do have can't be seen in Europe, if that's any comfort!
Probably not really, in fact, but it's the best I could come up with! I do feel for you guys with the limitations on diversity in your (i.e. NZ and Aus) zoos really biting lately it seems.
